I've been trying to get my students to believe that Math is fun. It's
a difficult task and often feels like an uphill battle. One student in
particular often pushes back on my insistence to work hard. I have
felt for months that she just didn't like me and that we would never
work out our differences. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to see
this note on my whiteboard when I walked back in my class.
