Bring on the learning revolution! Sir Ken Robinson at TED.

I like how he says that, "passion is the key to success," and that, "education doesn't feed people's passions."

Through out my journey with Teach For America I plan on trying to reach out to children and help them identify their passions.

I wonder how I can do this and above all how I can do this as a math teacher.

The first iStock song of mine that I have seen in action... Rocketman!

This guy sent me an email telling me that he used my song for their commercial. I thought it was pretty cool to see a song that I wrote and composed on someone else's work. Check out their company here.

I haven't been on wave for awhile and just got on an noticed some new features.

I really like wave and hope that google will continue to develop it. I know that it took off fast and then died. Hopefully changes like this will bring people back.

From "Made to Stick" to "Switch"

Taking the advice of my friend Josh Dance I read the book Made to Stick by Chip and Dan Heath. I liked it so much that I deiced to read their most recent book Switch

They were both excellent.

Warrior Footwear 回力 - A shoe that reminds me of Japanese high school student's gym shoes. Maybe I will get a pair.

I remember walking down the streets of Japan and seeing children in their school gym uniforms and sporting shoes very similar to these. I regrettably never purchased a pair for myself while I was living there for two years. Maybe this is my chance to finally get a pair.
