Today, I took a stroll in my parents yard.
The Fall City House
This time of year the trees are completely covered with moss.
The smell of the fire in the house makes my heart warm of memories of my childhood.
.
The leaves never blow away.
The garden is full of beautiful flowers and statues.
The last surviving flowers before the winter fully hits.
I always love to come home.

I love western Washington and I have fond memories of being at your Fall City house too. I always used to love to go there because it was always so warm and happy...and you had a trampoline.
And BTW, You are an amazing photographer! One of these days I should have you come out and take pictures of my son Trevor. The pictures you took of Nora were adorable. Thanks for sharing and letting me stalk your blog.
These are great pictures!
I love these photos and I LOVE your parent's yard! You're from Washington, right? I've always wanted to live there, and I have my heart still set on living there ASAP. Ask Matt. Never been there before, I just know I'd love to call it my home (and will some day).
maybe our babies can stroll there
I'll tell you what- that is one FINE looking porch that house has on it. It is clear that whoever focused on keeping the boards evenly spaced was a genius. Fine piece of master craftmanship. And where are the pictures of the very fine patio and delightful cinder block retaining walls? Tell everybody hi from mem especially Hiram.
Kev! You are a great photographer! Send me your email so I can add you to our blog! whit.hoy@gmail.com
Hope all is well!

Kev, I'm in love with you, your camera and your style. These shots of a typical place are so awesome. I lived at your mom's house for a summer and yet I've never seen it in this light. You've got talent. Keep goin'! I'm going to have to ask you to take our family portraits sometime. By the way, can you email me some of those shots you took of Cayman? Thanks.

From all the comments, it looks like you can be a professional family photographer on the side.
Those really are great pictures and your house looks gorgeous and I keep telling David that we have to move to Oregon/Washington some day.
