From "Made to Stick" to "Switch"

Taking the advice of my friend Josh Dance I read the book Made to Stick by Chip and Dan Heath. I liked it so much that I deiced to read their most recent book Switch

They were both excellent.

As a recommendation from @joshdance I just finished the book "The World is Flat."

Great book which describes globalization and its effects on the way we do business.

Thanks Josh for the recommendation.

Just finished the Black Swan by @nntalb. All of my previous education to this point has been put into question.

Have I found myself participating in the ludic fallacy? Have I been replacing theoretical models for reality?

As I am typing this I'm about to close down by internet browser and finish a finance assignment. Questions about the validity of the tools I am learning keep coming to my mind. According to Taleb the tools taught in most educational setting fall victim to the Ludic Fallacy.

How am I able to reconcile these accepted educational tools and methods with the problem of the Black Swan?

Is it even possible?
